The Hoopla offers are provided to us directly by merchants, merchant networks and firms that represent the merchants with whom Hoopla has a special relationship.

No! Your credit card and bank account information are not needed by us. Your actual purchases are made on the merchant’s website, not ours. When we pay you it’s by check, Venmo or PayPal.

No! We simply use our relationships and provide links to merchants with coupons, deals, promotional offers, and most importantly cashback, all for you!

No! We do not share your personal information with third party services, or engage in any type of SPAM as stated in our Privacy Policy.

While we’re great at giving you cashback, we’re certainly not tax advisors. We can tell you that you may be taxed on your earnings depending on the tax laws of your federal, state and local jurisdictions. You will be solely responsible for any and all tax liability arising out of the consideration received in connection with any member referrals or promotional activities. If your cashback and any other earnings from Hoopla are $600 or more in a calendar year, we may be required to provide you with a 1099 for use in your tax preparation.
