We pay qualifying members every three months throughout the calendar year. Payments are currently processed and paid out by the end of the month in January, April, July, and October to all qualifying members.

There are several reasons that this can occur. The most common is that the cash back rates of the merchants we feature on Hoopla are subject to change based on the merchant's terms. Also, we may feature temporary cash back rate promotions for a limited time, which may increase cashback rates for a period of time, followed by a decrease to the standard cash back rate for a specific merchant or group of merchants.
